Specters are the mutated forms the Skeleton Army for the Spectral Hand. After she was finally released from her desert prion and returned to planet Gemina, Queen Necrafa used her dark scepter to give her followers "a little makeover."
Only General Tibion was the known skeleton/specter to be named and speak in the show, whose voice has deepened since his mutation and evolution.

Specter Physiology
- Winged Flight: Their new look has granted them the wigs of bats, enabling them to fly at great speeds.
- Dark Magical Emission: Having been infused with the powerful dark magics within Queen Necrafa's scepter, they emit strong rays of red energy from their skeletal hands from a distance
- Teleportation: Just like their queen, each specter can teleport over long distances via red portal or a flash of red light
