In this season, troubling revelations come to light, enemies of the past suddenly emerge for vengeance, new alliances and partnerships are formed, and the true destiny of Gemina rests in the hands of two very powerful people. When Necrafa, Queen of the Undead, is finally destroyed, the girls are enjoying normalcy for the first time since being chosen as the second generation of legendary heroes of the realm.
However, a most unexpected evil arises in the form of orphan star mage Proxima Starfall, who is venting out her deep hatred and lonely feelings of further abandonment and rejection since discovering that she was never the long-lost twin sister of the Princess but a mere proxy for another, seeking vengeance to get even towards the oblivious Princess Arkayna who had selfishly betrayed her "long-lost twin" without a second thought and for never truly being there for when Proxima needed her most.
